Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a IT recruiter with minimum of 6 Months years to 1.5 years of experience for Chennai who has a good track performance in the recent past.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of open roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Write compelling job descriptions and post openings on various platforms.
• Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
