Job Description

We are seeking a

Lead Analytics Consultant

to develop innovative visual analytics solutions and enable faster, data-driven decision-making. This role plays a key part in delivering

Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Solutions

, working closely with business stakeholders to support strategic analytics projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle, from technical analysis and design to implementation.
Provide project estimates and plans for reporting initiatives.
Maintain and enforce
best practices in data visualization
and reporting.
Lead solution design discussions, decision-making, and problem-solving sessions.
Translate complex data into
clear, impactful visual insights
aligned with business objectives.
Develop
user-friendly and flexible
analytics dashboards.
Implement data governance and access controls within
Tableau
.
Leverage Tableau and other visualization tools for
effective data storytelling
.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
Bachelors or graduate degree in
Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
.
Experience:
- 6+ years of total experience
  in data visualization and analytics.
- 5+ years of experience
  in:
  - Developing Tableau dashboards and decision enablement tools.
  - SQL Programming, PL/SQL.
  - Designing user-friendly and engaging visual analytics solutions.
  - Agile development methodologies, including rapid prototyping.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in PostgreSQL
and database query optimization.
Strong experience in
end-to-end testing
of dashboards, ensuring data integrity and functionality.
Expertise in
visual design principles
and best practices for dashboard usability.
Advanced
Tableau development
skills, including complex calculations, parameters, expressions, actions, and filters.
Experience leveraging
Tableau for data organization and scheduling
.
Understanding of
data modeling
based on user specifications.
