Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for being a technical expert, innovator, and strategic thought leader within technology engineering discipline for capture and content management.
• Have in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and the ability to translate the advanced technology experience, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions.
• Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact.
• Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions in capture for strategic business objectives and solving technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple parameters, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors.
• Make decisions in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering and large-scale technology solutions. Design, Optimization and Documentation of the Engineering aspects of the Capture platform.
• Contribute towards continual service improvement activities related to the delivery of capture services.
• Contributes to and supports the Capture strategy, standards and best practices associated with all aspects of Capture offerings.
• Maintains knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization.
• May represent Wells Fargo to external industry groups, influencing industry standards. Provides expert counsel to senior technology leadership and advises and mentors others.
• Working in a globally distributed team to provide innovative and robust capture centric solutions.
• Closely working with Product Team and Vendors to develop and deploy services to meet customer expectations.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals.
• Regulatory knowledge as applied to understanding of various capture and related risk frameworks.

Required Qualifications

. Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or equivalent

. Having 10+ years of experience on below primary skills

. Primary Skills - C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC, Microservices design/development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Kafka, SQL, TDD using Nunit & MOQ and PCF

. Strong hands-on experience on web development across .NET Core, Web API, and MVC

. Strong hands on experience on Creating / Consuming RESTful Services, Microservices, CI/CD.

. Working Experience on Cloud platforms like Azure / GCP is a big plus

. Experienced with designing solutions for both functional and non-functional requirements

. High level of competency in software design and software engineering implementation.

. Well Versed with common design patterns

. Experience developing software that interacts with SQL Server and other databases

. Strong oral and written communications skills

. Ability to operate independently under strict timelines

. High level of cultural awareness

. Experience/Knowledge working on Code Metrics, Code Quality , Refactoring and Code Coverage.

. Additional responsibilities as directed

. Work with US and India teams closely on the business requirement / initiative.

. Play a technical developer role (coding ,code reviews, internal testing sign off etc.) for deliverables from WFI .Technical point of contact for all technical issues for the assigned module and analyze, investigate, and resolve open issues

,vulnerabilities , secure coding etc.

. Contribute towards design discussions, perform POCs wherever required to support/back up design decisions.

. Provide technical expertise to support team during incident/problem resolution.

. Monitor Production Applications Logs using Splunk and AppDynamics
