Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

SCCM Management:

Install, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure.
Develop and deploy software packages, updates, and patches.
Monitor system health and troubleshoot SCCM issues.
Create and manage task sequences for OS deployment.
Generate and analyze reports on software deployments and compliance.

Intune Management:

Administer Microsoft Intune for mobile device (MDM) and mobile application (MAM) management.
Implement policies and configurations for mobile devices.
Ensure security compliance across all managed mobile devices.
Troubleshoot Intune-related issues and provide end-user support.

Device & Software Management:

Manage and maintain Windows 10/11 and other client operating systems.
Ensure timely deployment of security patches and updates.
Support application deployment and ongoing maintenance.
