15 DaysWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Administrator with 4-6 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and providing technical support across servers, networks, and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, cloud services, and security best practices.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and enterprise applications.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime of IT infrastructure.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory, Exchange, and other platforms.
Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
Manage virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Configure and maintain network components including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
Implement IT security policies, monitor vulnerabilities, and respond to security incidents.
Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and asset inventory.
Provide Level 2/3 support for escalated technical issues and assist cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software maintenance and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, industry standards, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4-6 years of proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux administration, and Active Directory.
Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
Proficiency in backup/recovery tools, monitoring systems, and automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python preferred).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
