Job Description

As a System Support Engineer at our fast-growing company, your role will involve monitoring and resolving tickets to ensure customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and network issues, configuring and maintaining servers, firewalls, and network switches, as well as managing backups and routine tasks. Additionally, you will provide remote and in-office support during emergencies and communicate effectively with users. To excel in this role, you must have 2-4 years of experience and a strong understanding of core networking concepts, along with the ability to learn new technologies and work well in a team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and resolve tickets effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. - Troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and network issues. - Troubleshoot OS and software-related issues. - Configure and maintain Windows Servers, AWS server, software, and other utilities. - Work in 24x7 rotating shifts. - Configure and maintain firewall, network switches, and Cisco switches configurations. - Maintain and troubleshoot VPNs, VLANs, and other network configurations. - Manage server backups, patches, and routine tasks, including data restoration. - Provide remote and in-office support during emergencies. - Configure and troubleshoot IP phones and VOIP. - Manage domain controller, Active Directory, DHCP Server, DNS Server, Group Policy, and user rights assignments. - Configure and migrate users and mailboxes in Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365. - Configure and manage IIS and SQL servers. - Administer and manage virtual machines through Hyper-V and other virtualization platforms. - Communicate effectively with local and overseas users, providing remote support. - Manage mail gateway configurations. - Monitor server logs/resources and act proactively to avoid outages. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience. - Strong understanding of core networking concepts including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Wireless, and Firewalls. - Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, and Group Policies. - Quick learner, self-motivated, with a problem-solving attitude. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.,
