Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the development, design, implementation, and coordination of IT systems, policies, and procedures
Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are properly maintained
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment across the IT team
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, encouraging professional growth and skill development
Oversee technology development initiatives aligned with business needs
Coordinate with relevant departments for effective IT integration and support

Technical Expertise / Technology Development:

Programming Languages: Visual Basic, ASP .Net, JavaScript
Database Management Systems (RDBMS): Microsoft SQL Server (MySQL is an added advantage)
Software & Hardware Knowledge: Strong understanding of both hardware and software systems
Networking: Knowledge of network setup, troubleshooting, and security
Applications: Experience in developing and maintaining desktop applications
