System Integration Specialist

As an AV Programmer with 3 to 7 years of experience in programming, configuring, and deploying AV systems, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Program, configure, and test AV control systems such as Crestron, AMX, Extron, or similar platforms. - Develop user interfaces, system logic, and custom modules for AV solutions. - Collaborate closely with design engineers and project managers to understand client requirements and translate them into functional AV systems. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AV systems during staging, installation, and post-installation phases. - Integrate AV systems with IT infrastructure, video conferencing platforms, and third-party devices. - Prepare technical documentation, programming notes, and system schematics. - Support onsite commissioning, client demonstrations, and user training as needed. - Should be willing to travel pan India whenever work requirements arise. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Bachelors degree/ Diploma in Electronics/ Computer Science or related field. - 3-7 years of proven experience in AV programming. - Strong knowledge of control system platforms like Crestron, AMX, Extron, etc. - Experience with DSP programming (Biamp, QSC, BSS, etc.). - Familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as Cisco, Zoom, MS Teams, Google. - Proficiency in networking fundamentals related to AV (IP, VLANs, QoS). - Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
