Key Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain REST API integrations and authentication flows.

• Build automation workflows using AWS services such as S3 and Lambda.

• Develop Python-based backend logic for integrations and automation.

• Implement integration dataflows and connectors across multiple systems.

• Manage Git repositories, branching, and code review processes.

• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and lead deployment activities for integration services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA, Engineering).

• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system workflows.

• Provide guidance to junior engineers on coding standards and integration practices

Requirements:

The Mid-Level System Integration Engineer will design, build, and maintain integrations across various internal and external platforms. The role requires hands-on expertise with REST APIs, AWS cloud services, Python scripting, and data-integration processes. The engineer will work independently on integration features, contribute to architectural decisions, and support junior team members while ensuring robust, scalable, and compliant integration workflow

Good To have skills:

• REST APIs Basic understanding; ability to assist in integration tasks.

• AWS Services Foundation-level knowledge (S3, Lambda).

• Python Basic scripting capability.

• Data Integration – Understanding of data flow concepts; able to support connector setup.

• Version Control (Git) – Basic usage (commits, branches).

• CI/CD – High-level understanding; able to work within existing pipelines
