System Engineer

As an IT Support Specialist at our company, your main responsibilities will include: - Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows/Linux-based servers, desktops, and network equipment. - Managing day-to-day IT support tasks such as user setup, hardware troubleshooting, and network monitoring. - Setting up, configuring, and maintaining dialer systems like VICIdial, GoAutoDial, or similar. - Monitoring dialer performance and troubleshooting issues related to call drops, agent connectivity, and server load. - Managing user access, extensions, and campaigns on dialer platforms. - Handling VoIP-related configurations and coordinating with telecom providers. - Ensuring data backups, system updates, and security patches are regularly applied. - Documenting configurations, procedures, and logs for system and dialer setups. In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications: - Strong knowledge of System Administration with expertise in Windows & Linux OS. - Experience working with dialer systems such as VICIdial, GoAutoDial, etc. - Understanding of VoIP, SIP, and Asterisk-based systems. - Familiarity with networking concepts including IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls. - Ability to troubleshoot server and system performance issues effectively.
