System Engineer

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for working on Live Production Servers like App, Web using IIS 7.0, 7.5, 8.0 and SQL servers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Deploying web applications on live servers - Managing server upgradation and maintenance - Installing, configuring, and administering Windows 2016, 2012 R2, 2012, 2008 Servers - Installing, configuring, and administering Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, WDS roles - Managing Active Directory Users, Computers, and Group Policy Management - Implementing WSUS role for approving security and essential updates on servers and client machines - Implementing WDS role for capturing and deploying images for new installations - Hands-on experience in Windows, AD, DNS, DHCP, VMware, including managing virtual machines using Hyper-V Manager - Creating and managing HA, DRS, Clone, Template, V-motion, SV-motion - Planning, designing, documenting, and implementing various systems including desktop PCs, servers, network equipment, and software applications - Implementing TFS and SVN server in a Windows environment and handling administration & maintenance - Installing, configuring, and administering ESXi 6.7 and 6.5 Server - Creating and managing virtual machines using VMware vSphere client and Venter server - Handling individual projects, designing, and implementing solutions while interacting with customers, Business Partners, and service providers - Installing and configuring customer provided applications, implementing in the Lab environment, and testing application and server performance - Scheduling backup maintenance and monitoring for all Live and Local servers - Having basic knowledge of Scrum and Agile Project Methodology You should possess strong communication skills, conceptual thinking, and hands-on experience in maintaining and managing Windows Servers on your own. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Sc IT, BCA, M.Sc., M.C.A.
