System Administration

You will be responsible for the management of software installation and up-gradation requirements on all desktops, laptops, and smart devices belonging to the organization. Additionally, you will handle basic working on desktops, laptops, and smart devices using tools like anti-virus solutions, firewall, and other relevant software. Your role will involve managing data backup, recovery, and restoration tasks for all organizational devices. You will also be tasked with monitoring the organization's infrastructure assets periodically, including desktops, laptops, and smart devices. Furthermore, you will manage hardware component up-gradation and maintenance requirements for all infrastructural assets. Maintenance and management of LAN, WAN, and VPN environments and associated infrastructure will also be under your purview. Key Responsibilities: - Management of software installation and up-gradation on desktops, laptops, and smart devices - Basic working on devices using anti-virus solutions, firewall, and other relevant software - Data backup, recovery, and restoration tasks for all organizational devices - Monitoring the organization's infrastructure assets periodically - Managing hardware component up-gradation and maintenance - Maintenance and management of LAN, WAN, and VPN environments Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of Hardware and networking - Proficiency in working on Windows OS - Familiarity with switches, cabling, and maintaining network topologies - Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools - Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and equipment - Training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support - Understanding of Domain name system and IP - Deployment of websites on various domains (Azure, AWS, etc.) - Knowledge of web hosting platforms and familiarity with C-panel - Experience with Code commit version controls (Azure Devops, GitHub) You must hold a Bachelors's degree in computer science or IT to qualify for this role. This is a Full Time, Permanent position with 5 Days Working located at Plot no.968, Sector-82, JLPL Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab (140306).
