Job Title: System Administrator (Linux / LAN-WAN / AWS)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, support, and enhance our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Linux systems, LAN/WAN networking, and AWS cloud services. This role involves maintaining high system availability, ensuring security, and supporting day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, etc.).
• Manage and monitor LAN/WAN networks, including routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Administer and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Perform regular system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and manage system security policies, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Ensure reliable data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations.
• Automate tasks using shell scripting or other automation tools (Bash, Python, Ansible, etc.).
• Support users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy new solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in system administration or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, etc.).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
