As a SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Analyst at Accenture, you will be part of the Technology for Operations team, serving as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. Your role involves providing innovative and secure technologies to help clients develop an intelligent operating model, thereby driving exceptional results. Working closely with the sales, offering, and delivery teams, you will identify and build innovative solutions to meet client needs. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team focuses on providing innovative and secure technologies to assist clients in building an intelligent operating model for exceptional outcomes. Key responsibilities include overseeing Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation. Specifically, the ServiceNow team is responsible for administering users, groups, roles, security groups, and global reports within ServiceNow. They are dedicated to creating and maintaining service catalogs, client scripts, and monitoring software and server performance statistics. Additionally, the team is tasked with developing clear technical and process documentation. An ideal candidate for this role should possess expertise in ServiceNow Portal Development, ServiceNow Tools Administration, and Incident Management. Being adaptable, flexible, and having the ability to establish strong client relationships are essential qualities for success in this position. Collaboration within a team setting, conflict resolution capabilities, and familiarity with IT Service Management modules like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management are highly valued. Experience in providing ServiceNow development Best-Practices Advice and implementing these recommendations will be crucial. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and resolving lower-complexity problems, interacting with peers within Accenture for updates before escalating to supervisors, and collaborating with clients and/or Accenture management. You can expect moderate-level instructions for daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments. Your decision-making will impact your individual work and potentially the work of others within the team. This role requires you to work in rotational shifts to meet operational needs effectively.
