As a Support Specialist at Naehas, you will play a key role in providing basic technical support and assistance to customers through e-mail and web conference channels. Your responsibilities will include offering preventive maintenance and configuration recommendations to enhance product usability, performance, and customer satisfaction. An ideal candidate like you can effectively collaborate with stakeholders to analyze a customer's service needs and coordinate with other service or technical departments to provide suitable solutions. You will be required to develop a deep understanding of the Naehas Platform and its services to address complex inquiries with attention to detail until a resolution is achieved.
