Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Support Engineer to join our team at iLink Multitech Solutions Pvt. Ltd, responsible for providing top-notch technical support and ensuring seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications and hardware systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions for customer complaints.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide accurate support.
