Key Responsibilities:

• RVS Evo & WS_FTP Software Support
• Monitor and maintain the RVS Evo software environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic issues related to RVS Evo jobs and workflows.
• Coordinate with higher-level teams for advanced incident resolution as needed.
• Configuring the observer and configuring the jobs on the tool.
• Configure and maintaining the new RVS stations without error.
• Configure the encryption mechanism for automation jobs.
• User and access management.
• Automate the creation of RVS jobs using scripts or scheduling tools.
• Manage relevant services related to RVS job execution to ensure optimal performance.
• Document automation processes and maintain configuration details for audit purposes.
• WS_FTP Software support.
• Install and configure WS_FTP Server and client software across designated systems.
• Set up secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS) and user authentication mechanisms.
• Create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.
• Implement role-based access controls and audit policies.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificates and encryption settings.
• Develop scripts or workflows to automate file transfers and notifications.
• Integrate WS_FTP with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud storage).
• Windows Scripting
• Develop, update, and maintain Windows batch scripts and PowerShell scripts.
• Perform basic scripting tasks to automate repetitive processes.
• Ensure scripts are well-documented and tested before deployment.
• Job Scheduler Maintenance
• Monitor scheduled jobs on Windows Job Scheduler.
• Review job logs for successful completion and promptly address failures.
• Communicate any schedule changes or failures to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of RVS Evo software and its job management.
• Proficient in Windows scripting (batch files, PowerShell).
• Experience in managing and monitoring Windows Task Scheduler.
• Understanding of automation principles and job orchestration.
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for incident reporting and coordination.
