Job Description

We are hiring a Support Engineer to join our on-site teams in Cochin, Gdansk, Toronto, and Ukraine. This is a full-time role available for Trainee, Junior, and Mid-level candidates who are passionate about solving technical problems and supporting live trading environments.

As a Support Engineer Cochin, Gdansk, Toronto, Ukraine, you will be the first point of contact for clients and the critical link between our customers and engineering teams. You will work in a high-paced environment, providing support for our trading solutions, APIs, and backend services.

Responsibilities

Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
Support core trading products, including backend microservices, trading APIs (FIX, REST), and integration scripts.
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and developers to investigate and resolve issues in real-time.
Help monitor system performance and improve reliability through feedback and testing.
Work under pressure and prioritize tasks in time-sensitive environments.

Comfortable working in Linux environments (CLI), and writing bash or Python scripts.
Experience using SQL to query and analyze data.
Strong problem-solving mindset you enjoy challenges and finding solutions.
Confident communication in spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate level).
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with monitoring or debugging trading systems.
Familiarity with FIX protocol or REST-based integration.
Exposure to financial software or real-time data platforms.
