Job Description

We are looking for a proactive

Support Engineer with experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and executing data workflows, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, execute, and troubleshoot ADF pipelines.
Ensure smooth data integration and workflow processes.
Execute and support Databricks notebooks, ensuring they run efficiently.
Collaborate with data engineers to optimize performance and functionality.
Implement basic errors handling mechanisms in ADF and Databricks workflows.
Analyze and resolve issues promptly, providing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Perform data validation and integrity checks.
Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Generate reports on pipeline performance and issues for stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and engineers.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.

Required Skills Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
Proficient in SQL with experience in writing queries.
Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Ability to implement effective error handling strategies.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
1 3 years of experience in a support role or related field.
Experience with cloud-based data solutions is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Exposure to Agile methodologies.
