Support Engineer

As a member of Consort Digital team, your role will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues, as well as assisting in the installation of applications and programs for our customers and employees. Key Responsibilities: - Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware problems. - Update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of computer networks actively. - Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company. - Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot, and resolve challenges. - Complete detailed reports on technical assistance requests, steps taken to resolve them, and specific dates/individuals involved. - Assist management in creating training materials for computer troubleshooting and usage. - Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system-related concerns. - Organize and file documentation related to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware. Your work experience should range from 2 to 4 years, and you should possess the following knowledge and skills: - Good communication skills - Basic knowledge of RF & wireless communication - Basic Knowledge of Frequency Planning - Basic knowledge of RF components (Antenna, Connectors, Duplexer, etc.) - Must have knowledge of basic computer (OS Installation, hardware & software) and IP networking - Familiarity with networking devices such as PCs, modems, switches, and routers.,
