Support Engineer 2 - BY TMS/Transportation Management

Role Overview: As an Application Support Specialist at Blue Yonder, your primary responsibility will be to deliver flawless support to customers by resolving complex solution issues. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive the resolution of escalated issues, deepen your competency in solution architecture and relevant tools or business processes, and own customer solutions to enhance stability and service quality. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver excellent customer experience by understanding and resolving customer issues, reviewing product source code or design documents, owning and resolving cases for global customers, and documenting learnings for repeated cases. - Replicate and maintain customer environments, maintain knowledge of customer solutions and customizations, act as a Techno-functional POC for cases, collaborate globally using tools like instant messenger, work in shifts, and meet organizational and team goals. - Improve customer satisfaction by providing quality and timely solutions, identifying areas for improvement and automation, and being a team player. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in STEM field preferred, with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience. - Strong DBMS (ex: SQL, Oracle) skill set with at least 4 years of hands-on experience. - Good communication and strong analytical skills, prior support experience with knowledge of SLAs, preferably Blue Yonder TMS knowledge or basic Supply Chain domain experience. - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, possess strong Techno-Functional expertise, adaptability to new technologies, experience with tools like AppD & Splunk and SNOW, and be a good team player.
