Job Description

As a Support Consultant at Basware, you will play a crucial role in providing professional and efficient technical support to customers and partners. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty by resolving cases and incidents promptly and effectively. By leveraging your expertise, you will help customers achieve the best possible business outcomes with Basware's leading AP solutions. You will be responsible for assisting clients in using the enterprise software application on a daily basis. Working both independently and with your team, you will deliver timely and high-quality client support, focusing on issue resolution, data analysis, and advanced client education. - Develop a deep understanding of assigned product solutions and technical platforms. - Provide top-notch technical support to Basware customers, ensuring high-quality resolutions and adherence to support standards. - Assist customers in grasping product functionality and troubleshooting issues effectively. - Prioritize support requests, meeting SLA commitments, and maintaining excellent customer service. - Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations to ensure their satisfaction. - Troubleshoot potential defects, analyze them thoroughly, and submit to product management for bug fixing. - Manage your work queue efficiently, progressing and concluding all tasks in a timely manner. - Conduct remote sessions and calls with customers as needed. - Collaborate with internal departments to enhance processes and overall customer satisfaction. - Perform product installations and set up environments to aid in issue troubleshooting. - Comfortable working in Europe shift timings. - Experience of 3+ years in a support role, preferably with customer support experience. - Proficiency in PL/SQL (Certification would be a plus) and working experience with Oracle/SQL databases, Microsoft technologies, and operating systems. - Familiarity with XML, Web Services, and integration with SAP/other ERP systems. - Knowledge of the P2P cycle and cloud software is preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of providing advice and coaching via email and telephone. - Ability to handle stress effectively, maintain focus, and deliver results with a strong work ethic. - Energetic, assertive, and customer-centric personality with a team-oriented approach. - Analytical mindset, enjoys troubleshooting and solving complex issues, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,
