- Supervise collection, segregation, internal movement to yard; maintain 5S.
- Lead 1518 helpers; roster, attendance, toolbox talks.
- Daily Excel logs (qty by stream, trips, incidents); weekly/monthly MIS.
- Coordinate with client EIC & Swaaha HO; drive awareness/segregation.
- Ensure PPE & safety compliance; escalate hazards immediately.
- Industrial/plant/facility ops experience; Kannada read/write mandatory.
- Team handling, shift discipline, basic computer skills (Excel/Word).
- Comfort with restricted-device environment and security protocols.
- Police verification & medical fitness post-offer.
