Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Nadiad, with some work from home flexibility. As a Fresher at FLP Consulting, you will assist in various day-to-day tasks such as conducting research, preparing reports, and supporting the senior consultants in their projects. You will be involved in client communications, assisting in business planning, and participating in strategic discussions. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the consulting industry and develop practical business skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in research and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of business planning and strategy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is a plus
