CODiiN is a software training organization located at Kakkand (Kochi, Kerala) offering personalized professional IT training/mentorship programs in software technologies like BigData Engineering, FullStack Web development, Data Analytics, AI etc. We are dedicated to empowering students and professionals through quality training and career support. Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Student Counselor cum Telecaller who can effectively communicate with prospective students, understand their learning needs, and guide them in choosing the right course. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students from our leads database. Counsel students on various software training programs based on their interests and career goals. Provide complete course information, clarify doubts, and convert inquiries into enrollments. Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Maintain a record of interactions and regularly update CRM or lead management tools. Collaborate with the training and marketing teams for campaign effectiveness. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong interpersonal and convincing skills. Ability to understand student needs and offer suitable course recommendations. Basic knowledge of software/IT courses (training will be provided). Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Prior experience in counseling or telecalling (education/training industry preferred). Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
