Job Description

Experience in analysis, Design & Estimation of Steel/Concrete structures. (Experience in Transmission structures will be added advantage).
Good knowledge on design standards (Steel & Concrete codes). Experience in American Standards (AISC, ASCE) will be added advantage.
Read/understand the customer specification and perform the designs as per the fabrication standards.
Good knowledge on design softwares (STAAD, ETABS, STRAP). Having experience in PLS-Pole, PLS-CADD will be added advantage.
Responsible for the least weight & least scrap (best optimized) design per the customer specification.
Requires Co-ordination of Drawings with Detailing and good knowledge on Detailed and Erection/ Fabrication Drawings.
Good Knowledge on Stress and Loads calculation & Structural design fundamentals.
Requires good analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

About you: (Desired candidate profile)

Bachelors or associated Degree in civil/structural engineering field with an emphasis of technical discipline.
B. Tech/MTech (Civil/Structural) + 4 years experience
Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, along with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced multi-disciplined environment with strong attention to detail and be able contribute to the success of the team.
