Job Description

  • As a Partnership Manager focused on SI and Consulting Alliances, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding our partnerships with leading System Integrators and top-tier Consulting firms across India
  • You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and market penetration through strategic collaborations
  • The Impact you will create on the Job: Identifying and getting empanelled with strategic GSI, SI and Consulting partners aligned with our business objectives and target market
  • Developing long-term relationships across the relevant functions, verticals and tiers for strengthening the partnership
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners, including co-selling, co-marketing, and joint solution development initiatives to achieve a preferred partner status
  • Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy Incubate and operationalize partnerships with industry-leading technology leaders Think, Build, Co-Market with them globally
  • Engage with Partners for On-Boarding/Partner Induction Processes, Sales Enablement (Product Trainings/Opportunity Lock-In), Joint GTM Models (Webinars, Podcasts, Collaterals etc), Co-Publishing Joint Industry Specific Reports (Insights)
  • Working closely with internal cross-functional teams such as Business Operations, Legal, Marketing, Product Marketing, Program Management, Engineering Services, Enterprise Sales etc Track and measure partner performance against key metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership
  • Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities within the partner ecosystem to expand market reach and revenue generation
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and partner landscape to identify new opportunities and refine partnership strategies

What we look for

  • 8-10 years of experience in Strategic Alliances and Partnerships, with a focus on SI and Consulting partnerships, preferably within the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of the SI and Consulting landscape in India, with existing network of contacts preferred
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders
  • Experience in developing and executing joint go-to-market plans, including co-selling, co-marketing, and joint solution development initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop effective solutions
  • Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as we'll as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
