Job Description

Role Overview

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution of buyback, sales, and repair processes, delivering excellent customer service, and driving business growth in alignment with Cashifys standards. The role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and customer-centricity to maintain high store performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations & Compliance

l Manage end-to-end store operations, ensuring adherence to company SOPs, policies, and guidelines.

l Ensure smooth execution of buyback, sales, and repair processes with accuracy and transparency.

l Monitor inventory, stock availability, and coordinate with supply chain teams for replenishment.

l Maintain store ambience, hygiene, and visual merchandising as per brand standards.

2. Team Management & Training

l Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales and service excellence.

l Ensure grooming, discipline, and adherence to company protocols by team members.

l Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and align on goals.

3. Customer Experience & Service Excellence

l Ensure all customers are greeted, guided, and assisted in a professional manner.

l Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.

l Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS).

l Drive store revenue by achieving sales, buyback, and repair targets.

l Identify local business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional activities.

l Monitor competition and share market intelligence with management.

5. Reporting & MIS

l Maintain accurate daily sales reports, inventory records, and operational checklists.

l Provide regular updates to Area/Regional Managers on store performance and challenges.

l Ensure compliance with audits, billing, and documentation requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

l Strong leadership and people management skills.

l Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.

l Good knowledge of retail operations, sales processes, and inventory management.

l Proficiency in MS Excel, POS systems, and reporting tools.

l Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
