The Store Executive role entails overseeing the smooth and efficient operations of a retail store located in Baran, Rajasthan. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day activities, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, monitoring stock levels, and upholding the store's appearance. As a Store Executive, you will be pivotal in achieving sales targets, promoting products, and handling administrative tasks. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential as you collaborate with store personnel and management to drive company objectives and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. Your key responsibilities will encompass providing top-notch customer service by addressing product inquiries, complaints, and returns. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring sales performance to meet or surpass store targets, promoting products effectively, and overseeing inventory control through managing stock levels, rotation, and replenishment. Regular stock counts and maintaining product availability will be crucial. Maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal to meet brand standards is imperative. You will also supervise and support store staff, offering training, guidance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate records, and submitting regular reports on sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback to management will be part of your duties. Compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations is essential, including proper product handling, especially perishable goods if applicable.
