Role & responsibilities

Service Entries: Vendor payments, service entries for all service invoices, including Annual Maintenance Contracts
Cash Management: Petty cash handling, voucher management, GL entries, transaction reports, expense reports, and cash withdrawals
Export Documentation: Preparation and management of all export-related documents
Packaging Stock: Quarterly stock management
Third-Party Stock: Monthly audits and stock inspections at job work supplier sites
Packaging Procurement & Storage: Handling procurement and storage of packaging materials
Vendor Management: Vendor communication, follow-ups, and supplier evaluation
Scrap Disposal: Coordination and execution of plant scrap disposal activities
FIFO Management: Ensuring FIFO compliance for Raw Materials
Blend Confirmation: Responsible for blend confirmation activities
E-Way Bills: Generation of e-way bills for each sales invoice
