Description
As a Storage Development and Frontend Design professional at Netweb Technologies, you will play a crucial role in spearheading the development of cutting-edge storage solutions and crafting engaging frontend interfaces for storage applications. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, create, and deliver innovative storage products that cater to customer requirements and elevate user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Take the lead in designing, developing, and implementing various storage solutions, encompassing file systems, object storage, and data management platforms. - Work in tandem with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of frontend components with storage systems. - Design and prototype user-friendly interfaces (UIs) for storage applications, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal. - Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize frontend designs and streamline workflows. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to continuously enhance UI/UX designs. - Enhance frontend performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across different devices and web browsers. - Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features. - Effectively communicate design concepts, UI/UX decisions, and project updates to cross-functional teams. - Perform UI/UX reviews, design audits, and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with design standards and guidelines. - Coordinate with QA teams to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and verify frontend functionality. - Document frontend design patterns, UI components, and style guides to maintain consistency and facilitate reusability. - Provide training and support to internal teams on frontend technologies, design tools, and industry best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field. - Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js), and various UI frameworks/libraries. - Hands-on experience with UI/UX design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, as well as prototyping tools such as InVision and Axure. - Strong knowledge of Linux operating system. - Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Preferred Background: - Demonstrated experience (2-3 years) in frontend development, UI/UX design, and storage solution development. - Ability to lead and mentor a team of frontend developers and designers. - Familiarity with storage technologies, data structures, and backend systems would be advantageous. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
