- 7+ years of experience in batch console monitoring and scheduling in Stonebrach
- Ability to work in 24X7 shifts
- Generate failed jobs report manually
- Experience in manually re-running the failed jobs in batch scheduling tool.
- Capable of scheduling and modifying a batch based on events or based on calendar.
- Expertise in command lines of job scheduling
- Troubleshooting the job scheduling errors from log files
- Ability to understand the alerts and correlate the history of the incidents and alert the support groups
- Experience in ITIL V3 framework and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication
