Stock Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager who will be responsible for managing the entire inventory, stock operations, inward/outward movement of materials, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in store management, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory & Stock Management Maintain accurate records of consumables, tools, and spares.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment as per production needs. Implement FIFO/LIFO methods to reduce wastage.

Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts.

2. Inward & Outward Movement

Supervise receipt of materials with PO verification.

Ensure proper labelling, coding & safe storage.

Authorize issue of materials to production & other departments.

3. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain GRN, Issue Slips, Stock Registers & ERP entries.

Ensure compliance with policies, statutory requirements & audits.

Prepare daily, weekly & monthly inventory reports.

Coordinate with Accounts & Purchase for reconciliation.

4. Coordination & Communication

Work closely with Production, Purchase, Quality & Dispatch teams.

Provide real-time stock updates for planning & procurement.

Report shortages/discrepancies to manageme promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
