STEM Instructor

The role demands a passionate educator with a strong grasp of interdisciplinary teaching, capable of making real-world connections and fostering 21st-century skills like critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver

  interactive STEM lessons, workshops, and projects

• Facilitate

  hands-on learning

  using STEM kits, models, coding platforms, and digital tools
• Integrate

  robotics, design thinking, and basic programming

  into classroom activities
• Customize curriculum content based on age group, skill level, and CBSE integration
• Encourage

  inquiry-based learning, innovation, and experimentation

• Organize and support

  STEM fairs, exhibitions, inter-school events, and competitions

• Collaborate with subject teachers for interdisciplinary projects and curriculum alignment
• Maintain lab equipment, ensure student safety, and manage classroom resources
• Track student progress, maintain documentation, and prepare reports

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in

  Science / Engineering / Computer Science / STEM Education

• Additional certifications in

  STEM / Robotics / Coding / 3D Design

  preferred
• Minimum

  2 years of teaching or training experience

  in STEM programs
• Strong communication skills and a student-friendly teaching approach
• Passionate about

  hands-on learning

  and

  technology-driven education
