Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Ensure production schedules and completion of work timely for stator production.
Ensure quality standards and monitoring the quality of stator manufacturing components and taking corrective actions when necessary.
Record production data, document quality checks, report equipment malfunctions, and prepare incident or progress reports as needed.
Identify areas of improvement in production processes and troubleshooting production issues.
Work cooperatively with team members to achieve production targets, participate in training, and ensure all production processes adhere to SOPs and compliance guidelines.
The ability to read technical documents, drawings and assembly instructions.
Ensure health and safety regulations and company policies within the production environment.

Key Skills and Knowledge:

Technical Expertise:
Handling of stator manufacturing processes the below

(e.g. Coil insertion in slots, Isolation material preparation, winding connection, liner insertion, protofer insertion, induction brazing, cable crimping, tapping, vacuum pressure impregnation, Oven Operation etc)

Knowledge & handling of electrical insulation materials (e.g., mica tape, resin, PES tape etc.),
Handling of electrical testing & equipments. (e.g., Surge, HV test, IR, winding resistance etc. ) .
Handling of Brazing machine and resolve minor breakdown.
Knowledge of insulation cutting machine and resolve minor breakdown.

Other Skills

Strong understanding of production, quality standards, and are essential.
Knowledge of ISO9001, 50001, 45000, 14001 standards.
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP systems is generally required.
Familiarity with stator design and manufacturing processes is preferred
