Role Overview: You will be part of the Real World Evidence (RWE) generation team at MC Analytics, playing a crucial role in bridging clinical effectiveness with commercial viability for brands. Your work will focus on collecting the right data to ensure successful drug launches. Key Responsibilities: - Provide the supportive data required for regulators to approve and license products - Supply the necessary evidence to physicians to confidently prescribe drugs Coding Skills: - Proficient in advanced/expert R programming, particularly in dplyr and tidyverse packages - Skilled in handling messy data, managing missing values, and conducting pre-processing on structured datasets - Experience with version control systems such as GitHub and GitLab - Advanced SQL skills for writing efficient and scalable queries - Strong ability to write modular, reusable code with a focus on functions and best practices Qualification Required: - B.Sc/M.Sc in Statistics/Data Science with 1-2 years of experience in Real-world data or Oncology - Capability to implement/code statistical methods for descriptive statistics, KM curves, visualization plots, etc. - High sense of ownership for deliverables, ensuring timeliness and high quality - Ability to work independently, ask questions when needed, and take directions in a team environment - Willingness to collaborate in a cross-functional and highly collaborative culture For more information about MC Analytics, you can visit their website at [MC Analytics](https://mcanalytics.co.in/),
