Job Description

As a highly productive and independent programming lead, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in the delivery of analysis-ready datasets, tables, listings, and figures to advance research, development, and commercialization of the Pfizer portfolio, while following Pfizer SOPs and processes. Your role as the programming point of contact at the study level will involve supporting at the asset/submission level as well. You will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to high-quality programming standards in the production of clinical reports. Your responsibilities will include overseeing vendors/offshore support and hands-on programming to deliver results efficiently. Collaboration with department leadership and project teams will be essential to establish strategy, timelines, and resourcing of statistical programming and analysis deliverables for your study(ies). Accountability for the quality and timely delivery of datasets and displays required for clinical study reports, alongside other asset-level deliverables under the leadership of the asset lead, will be a key aspect of your role. It is important to ensure appropriate documentation across the lifespan of the study for all programming deliverables and verify proper Trial Master File filings when necessary. You will be expected to ensure planning is in place for all programmed deliverables, taking into consideration special data types and downstream uses of data. Working closely with statisticians, programming resources, and other colleagues, you will ensure clear specifications for programmed deliverables are in place. Being knowledgeable in core safety standards and Therapeutic Area standards relevant to your project is crucial, and you may contribute to the development of standards necessary for your study. Additionally, contributing to department-level initiatives, proactive communication of potential issues to upper management, and the ability to anticipate and solve routine problems while developing skills to address complex problems will be part of your responsibilities. This position offers a flexible work location assignment, including both hybrid and fully flexible options.
