Job Description

What You ll Do

Product managers are the leaders who shape the vision and long term strategic positioning of the team.
As the product lead for the UGC (User Generated content) team, the expectation is to build on the vision above, create roadmaps, get the teams excited around the roadmap, communicate across stakeholders, lead the team and help execute the charter.

The Product Lead:

Develops and champions a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product area in support of corporate goals and objectives
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Product Management
Drives the product discovery process for large, complex, and/or ambiguous projects
Supports product implementation and deployment for large, complex, and ambiguous projects
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

What You ll bring

Bachelor s degree required; MBA a plus.

6+ years of product management experience with customer-facing products.

Retail industry experience is a plus.

Strong quantitative or technical background preferred.

The Product Lead:

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor of Science and 5 years product management experience OR Master of Science and 2 years product management experience.
