Staff Engineer, CRM MuleSoft

In this role, you will be responsible for writing and reviewing high-quality code, understanding clients" business use cases and technical requirements, and translating them into technical designs. Your tasks will also include mapping decisions with requirements, identifying different solutions, defining guidelines for non-functional requirements (NFRs), and ensuring relevant best practices are followed. Moreover, you will review architecture and design aspects, develop and design solutions, resolve code review issues, and conduct proof of concepts (POCs) to validate suggested designs or technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Write and review high-quality code. - Translate clients" business use cases and technical requirements into technical designs. - Identify different solutions and select the best option. - Define guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations. - Review architecture and design on various aspects. - Develop and design solutions for functional and non-functional requirements. - Resolve issues raised during code/review. - Conduct POCs to validate suggested designs/technologies. Qualification Required: - Total experience of 7+ years. - Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - Strong understanding of integration concepts, middleware, and enterprise architecture. - Proficiency in Java, JSON, XML, and web services (REST/SOAP). - Experience designing APIs using RAML and OpenAPI/Swagger. - Hands-on experience integrating with Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc. - Solid understanding of integration patterns and enterprise architecture. - Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Connectors, Anypoint Studio, and Cloud Hub. - Strong knowledge of error handling, data transformation, and orchestration. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevOps processes, and API versioning. - Experience with API Governance, security policies, and API analytics. - Knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.,
