Role Overview

We are seeking a senior software engineer/TL-Java to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and enhancing software systems using Java. You will be responsible for writing clean and scalable code, ensuring performance and security, and leading initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Optimization

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Debug and troubleshoot production issues.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to build new features.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best coding standards.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest Java trends, frameworks, and technologies.
• Implement and advocate for secure coding and performance optimization techniques.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Java EE platforms and object-oriented design.

Hands-on experience with Spring boot, Microservices, AWS, Hibernate.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration tools.

Strong debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
