SSE - JAVA Fullstack

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining applications with established processes while building a holistic understanding of the underlying applications and domain. You will report to the Delivery Manager or Senior Delivery Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain technical designs based on requirements - Develop application code for programs following coding standards - Develop and execute unit tests - Complete analysis and documentation as required by the project - Support application testing and resolve test defects - Report status updates as required by the project - Follow established project execution processes - Resolve queries/issues and provide application/functional support to peers and juniors - Build a holistic understanding of applications and the underlying domain being supported - Share knowledge with the team Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream - Strong technical skills with knowledge of SDLC - Good aptitude, positive attitude, strong reasoning, and communication skills - Must be a good team player with good analytical skills and research-oriented - Sound knowledge of Principal Financial Group specific application - Ability to resolve questions/issues related to the application as a Subject Matter Expert and communicate with various stakeholders Additional Company Details: The company emphasizes the importance of strong technical skills, knowledge sharing, and being a team player.
