As a

Deputy Manager

in our Team you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
  • Build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
  • This practice advises managements of corporate groups as well as Private Equity funds and other financial sponsors on strategic issues in the context of their acquisition, divestiture and investment decisions.
  • This advice spans entry and investment strategy, market and competitive analysis, commercial due diligence / business plan review, partner evaluation, synergy assessment and business planning.
  • Work as part of a team, analyzing industries, companies and markets to drive unique insights to aid clients strategic decisions.
  • This is a client-facing role, which might involve interaction with corporate CXOs and investment teams of financial sponsors and asset managers.
  • Work with some of the most intellectually stimulating clients
  • Keeps Clients at the core, always thinks about clients interests and has a passion to improve client service with every engagement
  • Display healthcare sector expertise and applying the same in engagements and proposals

  • Attempt to increase realization per hour on projects by working efficiently and minimizing inefficiencies.
  • Should have the ability to defend key findings, hypothesis and views in front of clients during projects
  • Should take ownership of developing non-project collaterals, including and not limited to point of view documents, research/white papers, etc.
  • Drives operational efficiencies in billing and collection
  • Support the firm on business development initiatives (collecting credentials, working on proposals, pitching to clients, etc.)

Educational and experience requirement

  • Total of 7+ years of experience in delivering/ leading engagements across areas such as growth strategy, GTM strategy, commercial due diligence, target screening, M&A advisory, etc.

  • 4+ years of relevant healthcare experience either in professional services firm delivering CDD/ strategy engagements or in the healthcare industry experience

    across domains such as hospitals, diagnostics, med-tech, and health-tech companies
  • Demonstrated ability to run multiple workstreams on a engagements and lead a team of 3-4 consultants/ executives
  • Relevant experience of working with private equity clients, Indian and global healthcare companies
  • A post-graduate degree in management from a tier 1 Indian or global business school
  • Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication
  • Ability to develop and analyze financial statements
  • Ability to work in unstructured environments and to tight deadlines
  • Experience in strategy or M&A, with a consulting firm, would be an added advantage
  • Focused on high quality service
  • Fluency in written & verbal English
