This role serves as a bridge between the SSC and Clients internal departments, ensuring that the output of SSC operations aligns with broader business objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholder inputs, tracking delivery metrics, managing escalations, and supporting the integration of ERP and automation tools. This is a client-facing role where the individual will act as the single point of contact for the SSC managed on behalf of Client. Retail AR Accounting Process experience is must in this case.
