Sr. Web Designer

As a Website Designer at our company, you will be part of a dynamic and creative team dedicated to crafting visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet client objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with developers, content creators, and project managers to deliver innovative and functional web solutions. Your key responsibilities will include designing and creating engaging, responsive websites and web pages that provide an optimal user experience across various devices. You will work closely with clients to understand their design requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines, and translate these into user-friendly and visually stunning designs that enhance user interaction and engagement. Additionally, you will ensure all websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO best practices. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of professional experience in web design and proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc. A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design principles, and UI/UX principles is essential. Experience with front-end frameworks, content management systems, and web analytics tools will be beneficial. You will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and new technologies to continuously improve web design processes. Attention to detail, creativity, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines are crucial for success in this role. A portfolio showcasing your previous website designs is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with motion graphics and animation, knowledge of version control systems, and familiarity with backend development or integration. This is a full-time, permanent position with day and morning shifts, located in person.
