Sr UI Lead

As a Frontend Developer at our company, your role will involve collaborating with UI/UX designers, maintaining code quality and standards, and ensuring the performance and responsiveness of advanced web applications developed using React.js. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining web applications using React.js, focusing on responsiveness and performance. - Creating reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. - Optimizing components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers. - Collaborating with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high-quality code and ensure technical feasibility. - Integrating APIs with backend developers for seamless data exchange. - Participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Writing clean, scalable code following best practices. - Conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and maintaining code quality. - Implementing and maintaining unit and integration tests. - Staying updated with the latest React.js features, tools, and frameworks. - Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks. - Contributing to architectural discussions and decision-making. - Maintaining technical documentation for systems and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of web development experience with a focus on React.js. - Proficiency in React.js, including hooks, state management (Redux, Context API), and component lifecycle. - Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - Experience with RESTful APIs or GraphQL integrations. - Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Babel, or other module bundlers. - Strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. - Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.,
