Job Description

Senior UI Designer

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

We re looking for a UI Designer with 4+ years of experience who instills a creative bent of mind, good analytical skills, a strong design portfolio, and a passion for designing simplified user j ourneys. You should be able to envision how people experience products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined, and magical

What you ll need:

1. A high visual and creative Overall Design Sense

2. Design software skills: Sketch/ XD/ Figma/ Invision Studio, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Other designing tools

3. Hands-on experience converting wireframes to pixel-perfect user interface with some understanding of business

4. Typography, Iconography, layout and others visual design skills

5. Understanding of web and mobile interface with iOS and Android design standards

6. Knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.

7. Great storytelling and ability to communicate ideas and present designs to clients as well as internally.

8. An understanding of basic UX patterns and principles.

1. The ability to develop product strategies to deliver best-in-class solutions.

2. Impeccable taste and a great eye for design.

3. Ability to uncover and utilize business truths and user behaviours that help define a great product.

4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all requirements are met with designs.

5. Demonstrate the ability to synthesize and present your work.

6. Ability to craft designs and deliver insightful human experience to clients.

7. Fine-tuned attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution

8. Ability to humanize Technology

9. Team Mentoring skills
