Sr. Test Engineer

As a Sr. Test Engineer at YASH Technologies, you will work in the DHL Express Aviation IT domain, specifically focusing on the Aviation Network Operations (Line Haul Movement) domain. Your responsibilities will include creating test cases, writing scripts, and executing components in Tricentis TOSCA. You will also record associated results in TOSCA, log defects in JIRA, and collaborate with technical teams and project managers to ensure successful implementation of IT projects. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive documentation of conceptual testing requirements & test strategy and stay informed about industry trends in aviation IT. - Create test cases, write scripts, and execute components in Tricentis TOSCA - Record associated results in TOSCA and log defects in JIRA, following up to closure - Develop comprehensive documentation of conceptual testing requirements & test strategy - Collaborate with technical teams and project managers to ensure successful implementation of IT projects - Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in aviation IT - Maintain Smoke and Regression Test Suite, identify defects, and log them in Test Management tool - Develop Automation Scripts, maintain Coding Standards, and manage Test engineers - Author test cases as per standards, prepare test data required, and identify critical defects - Identify In-scope and Out of scope functionality doing Tool feasibility with guidance of Lead Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of requirement gathering and analysis concepts and terminology - Knowledge of test design techniques, framework, and approach - Ability to create comprehensive test plans, prioritize defects, and report based on severity - Basic understanding of estimation and resource planning techniques - Solid understanding of testing processes, technology, and products being tested - Intermediate understanding of test execution concepts and practices - Working knowledge of Automation tools - TOSCA - Behavioral competencies including Accountability, Collaboration, Agility, Customer Focus, Communication, and Drives Results YASH Technologies is a leading technology integrator that specializes in helping clients reimagine operating models, enhance competitiveness, optimize costs, foster exceptional stakeholder experiences, and drive business transformation.
