SR TECHNICAL SPECIALIST, APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

As a Senior Technical Specialist in Application Development focusing on Java HCM at Clabse India Private Limited, your role involves supporting customers through various activities such as receiving customer calls, inquiries, and complaints leading to trouble tickets, order input, data gathering, and traffic studies. You will collaborate with different teams for billing, message, and trouble resolutions that have a direct impact on the services provided to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer calls, inquiries, and complaints - Generate trouble tickets and perform order input - Gather data and conduct traffic studies - Collaborate with various teams for billing, message, and trouble resolutions Qualifications: - Proficiency in Call Center Technologies - Experience in CRM Strategy Design and Implementation - Knowledge of Customer Support Policies, Standards & Procedures - Strong Customer Interaction skills - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Experience in Customer Support Function and Operations - Ability to deliver customer-focused results - Capable of igniting innovation and change - Knowledge of Customers In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, Clabse India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with 3-5 years of experience in customer facing operations management and an overall experience of 10+ years. Experience with AT&T's MRS/MLAN/MSS Services is preferable. The selected candidate will be required to work the US Eastern Time shift as they will be supporting the US Operations management shift. Hands-on troubleshooting experience in WAN/LAN/Firewall is highly desired for this role.
