Sr. Software Engineer - QA & Implementation

As an applicant for the position located in Pune, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will be tasked with testing current products, identifying deficiencies, and suggesting solutions to identified product problems. Additionally, you will plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy, collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution, implement products at client sites, oversee continuous improvement projects, collect quality data, and prepare SRS documents. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct quality inspection, auditing, and testing in the IT field - Utilize strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, QA applications, and SQL Database - Possess knowledge of testing tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA - Utilize data analysis tools and statistical analysis effectively - Implement products at client sites - Oversee continuous improvement projects - Collect quality data and prepare SRS documents Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in B.E. / B. Tech (CSE/IT/Electronics) with a minimum of 60% aggregate - 3-5 years of experience in IT, specifically in quality inspection, auditing, and testing - Product or industry-specific experience is preferred - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, QA applications, and SQL Database - Knowledge of testing tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA - Experience in the effective usage of data analysis tools and statistical analysis is an added advantage,
