Job Description

The opportunity:

As Sr Software Engineer, the candidate will be proficient with Front end and back-end technologies. This candidate should self-motivated and a solution provider. You will utilize superior knowledge and experience to perform highly complex product architecture, design, systems analysis, research, maintenance, troubleshooting and other activities. You will also play a key role in grooming providing direction to team members.

You are great at:

Strong experience in developing and deployingscalable microserviceswith high performance and reliability.
Proven ability to independently develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frameworks such asAngularorReact.
Familiarity withlarge-scale data operations, including efficient data retrieval, multipart uploads, and parallel processing techniques.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams includingstakeholders, service consumers, QA engineers, and product ownersto ensure alignment and quality.
Ability to translate complexbusiness requirements into robust technical solutions, with a strong grasp of domain-specific contexts.
Experience working withdistributed teams, contributing constructively across geographies and time zones.
Skilled in providingtechnical feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

What it takes:

Minimum5 - 7 years of experiencein designing and building enterprise-grade applications.
Strong proficiency inAngularorReact, with a track record of delivering responsive and user-centric web applications.
Deep expertise inJava,Spring Boot, andmicroservices architecture, with a focus on scalability and performance.
Solid understanding ofdistributed systems, including fault tolerance, service orchestration, and load balancing.
Exposure toAI/ML concepts, tools, and frameworks, with an ability to apply them to enhance product capabilities.
Excellentproblem-solvinganddebuggingskills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Strongcommunicationandleadershipabilities, capable of driving collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Comfortable working bothindependentlyand as part of acollaborative, fast-paced team environment
